The local staff is responsible for tasks such as publishing news, opening room bundles, launching events, support and control of other members, and other aspects of the hotel in which they are performing their duties.
The international staff performs a series of tasks and decision making that affect all the hotels. From technical development and design to administrative decisions, sales, legal aspects, security and marketing. These duties do not require much activity and presence in-game, but they do on the real world. It is common to find them in one or several hotels at the same time.
The guest members are users from other hotels that visit the community, secondary accounts, VIP people or members of NGOs collaborating with Habbo.
